Alegría

On Friday night Dave & I went to see Cirque du Soleil's Alegría. We used to think that the instructor on our pilate's DVD was amazing with her ability to make us feel inflexible. We now have a whole new understanding of flexible. The performers in Alegría were truly spectacular.

Business As Usual

I just received an email from Dave saying that he's going to the Toronto Film Festival. Hmmm.... I thought he was away on business.

Apparently his company is a sponsor of the film festival and so they have tickets. Lucky Dave that he just happens to be in Toronto this week. I'll try not to be too jealous as I tuck Jinnie in bed for the 5th time tonight and try to finish my talk for church on Sunday.

Guess Who's Blogging!

Hailey now has a blog. She just started it today and is so excited. She often takes pictures of things and tells me what I should be blogging about... sadly I never listen to these recommendations. Now she has a place of her own!

*edited to add that she picked out everything for the blog... the title, the colors, etc (except for the domain... that was all me). Also, this morning Hailey & Ava woke up before me and made the cereal girl & took a picture of it all on their own... so clever!

What We're Missing (besides friends)

We lived in the top 2 floors of this condo. I stole this picture from my brothers Facebook page (which explains why he's in the picture). Forgot to take pictures of the outside of our place, so thanks Ryan! Our bedroom window. We didn't have any covering over it because all you could see was the ocean... no peeping Toms. The girls bedroom... nothing exciting because all they did was sleep in there (posted it so the girls wouldn't beg me to add it later).View from the hallway by the girls bedroom.

This was supposed to be the master bedroom, but it was way too far from the girls room so we turned it into the play room. Have you ever seen a playroom with such views?The Barbie house was kept nice & high so that Jinnie couldn't attack it.Lots of playroom pictures... the girls will never have such a great playroom again... oh the size & views & closets to store toys!

The main balcony.It was huge. The views were amazing. Missing it.Living/Dining. This picture makes it look tiny. Maybe it was & the balcony just added a lot. Not so sure now.This is dark, but I just had to throw in the ocean view again;)This is where our car lived. Never had anything blocking it's view. Lucky car. I'm sure it's feeling sad now.
